These vacation homes are by no means cookie cutter. They were born out of very tumultuous challenging time in my life , a horrific Divorce. This divorce was weaponized to extort and completely destroy my life. But God revealed to me through these difficulties how to reframe my thinking and transform my faith by tapping into my spiritual gifts. I was led by the Divine to alchemize my challenges using my creativity and Divine guidance. In doing so, I gave birth to vacation home design and management, Third eye vacations.
I am a Spiritual Channeller of Sacred design. I utilize Divination tools and ancestor veneration as a form of receiving messages from The Most High and transmuting those messages through design and poetry. I am a lover of all things Artistic including Fashion, Music, Dance, Theatre, and of course architectural design!! As an extremely creative being, I possess a deep understanding of how to use and optimize spiritual insights to harmonize life's experiences through design. To that end, I have developed and managed a real estate portfolio of long term rentals for the past 10 years and it is my absolute passion and life long dream to transition into short term vacation management which has always been my dream job!
My study of Per Ankh and Feng Shui design philosophies allow for me to ground high level principles into a framework of how a home functions spiritually for one's highest good. Ancient African philosophies, modern Law of attraction principles ,color , aroma, and hyrdo-therapy, I curate one of a kind spaces for my guests and tenants to enjoy!
How we started
This Real estate business venture commenced with the purchase of a Condo in 2012 in Tampa, Fl. I rented it out to create passive income for 2 years and then sold for a 30k profit which resulted in a return on investment of 75%!! Needless to say, this brief introduction to Real Estate provided me with me with a great incentive to explore further expansion into the real estate sector as a means of self employment that would give me the flexibility to be a stay at home mom and have a career that i was truly passionate about. I then launched Bella Couture, an interior design side business that specialized in furniture design and small interior design projects. My experience working as an interior designer was extremely fulfilling and allowed me to fully express my artistic gifts. It quickly became the catalyst to my desire to renovate homes as a full time career.
As such, The Most High created a path for me to purchase my very first property development project with the purchase of the property now known as as Ma'at Village .This was my first major property renovation project. I was tasked with transforming 6 townhomes and 1 apartment that were all desolate and in need of significant reform into a Gated Community of Completely refurbished Turn Key homes.
Our team
Its a Family affair! It was always very important to me that my children play a role in my business. They were always around at all stages of their life to observe all the inner and outer workings of running the rental properties and the renovation projects.
In addition I also have a great team of handyman, Tradesmen, Cleaners, and Contractors that support the success of the business.
